Thank you for supporting Serenity of the Mind. By purchasing our hand-painted digital backgrounds and graphics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the immediate, digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

* We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been purchased.

* Exception: If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the exact same background or pack in the same transaction, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

2. Secure Card Processing via Square

All payments in our shop are processed securely using Square.

* We accept all major credit and debit cards.

* Your transaction information is fully encrypted. For your privacy and security, our shop never sees, handles, or stores your private credit card numbers.

* Charges will appear on your bank statement under our official brand name.

3. Digital Delivery & File Management

* Delivery is fully automated. As soon as your payment clears, Payhip will display your download link on the screen and send a backup link to the email address you provided.

* Buyer Responsibility: Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We highly recommend downloading your files to a secure device or cloud backup immediately upon purchase.

4. Limited Commercial License for Content Creators

When you purchase a background and/or graphics, you are buying a license to use the artwork—you do not own the original copyright.

What You CAN Do:

* You may use these backgrounds as design elements in your own monetized or non-monetized YouTube videos, blog posts, and social media content.

What You CANNOT Do:

* You cannot resell, redistribute, sub-license, or give away these background files as standalone assets, even if you modify them.

* You cannot use these backgrounds to create competing digital products (such as texture packs, clip art, or digital paper).

5. Strict Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

* Under no circumstances may any digital files purchased from this store be used to feed, train, or test Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, generators, or machine learning algorithms. All rights to the traditional, hand-painted textures remain strictly protected.
